In reference to the review below by Sharon, I was actually in the salon at the time and the daughter was the client - Sharon was not at the salon. From what I saw, pricing and services were clearly explained and agreed to before anything was done. The young client understood the pricing clearly and agreed to it when she requested the same service her cousin usually gets.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this salon and Jaklin. My sister-in-law first recommended this salon to me and despite being someone who rarely got my nails done before, I've become a regular and now return every month. Jaklin provides such a positive experience that I genuinely look forward to every appointment.

When I went in for my first appointment, any time I had questions about services, designs, timing or pricing, everything was explained clearly and patiently. I never felt rushed, pressured or confused about what I was getting. What stands out most is the attention to detail. Jaklin takes her time to ensure every nail is perfect. If an appointment takes longer, it's because she genuinely cares about the quality of her work and making sure clients leave happy. I'd much rather spend extra time with someone who is focused on perfection than be rushed through a service.

I had an amazing experience here! My nails are perfect, Albina was so meticulous & when I asked for something that wouldn’t look right on my short nails she told me it wouldn’t turn out right & that’s honestly so important in a nail tech. That’s how you build trust with clients. I will definitely be rebooking. The salon is also so cute & everyone is so nice. All around just a good vibe.
